1. Introduction
Owoda Labs (“we”, “our”) develops and publishes the mobile application Owoda. This privacy policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the application.
By using Owoda, you accept the practices described in this document.
2. Data collected
Owoda collects no personal data. The application runs entirely locally on your device. In particular:
- Your salary data is stored exclusively in the local database on your device (SQLite).
- Your conversion history is kept only on your device.
- No identifying information (name, email, phone) is requested or stored.
- No user account is created.
Exception: managing your Premium subscription involves the collection of your purchase history by RevenueCat (see section 4).
3. Exchange rates
To update exchange rates, the application may contact a third-party exchange-rate service (anonymous request without identifier). This request contains no personal data and is purely technical. When offline, the last cached rates are used.
4. In-app purchases (Premium)
Premium purchases are managed via RevenueCat, with Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). To manage your subscription, RevenueCat collects your purchase history and an anonymous customer identifier. This data is used for the functioning of the application (managing your Premium access) and for analytics. The payment platforms process payments according to their own policies. Owoda Labs stores no payment information on its servers. You can request the deletion of the data held by RevenueCat by writing to hello@owodalabs.com.
5. Permissions used
- Internet: used only to update exchange rates and for Premium purchases.
No other permission is required or used.
6. Analytics and trackers
Owoda displays no advertising and integrates no behavioural tracker. Apart from RevenueCat (subscription management, see section 4), no third-party SDK collects data.
7. Children’s data
Owoda is not intended for persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Your rights
Your local data (salary, history) can be deleted at any time from the App’s Settings. Regarding the purchase history processed by RevenueCat, you can request its deletion by contacting us at hello@owodalabs.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. In the event of a significant change, the update date at the top of this page will be modified. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
